Important notes: |

· All buffets are supplied with disposable plates, napkins and where appropriate, plastic cutlery. · Children’s buffets can be supplied in individual party boxes for an extra 30p per person. · There is a minimum order for buffets of 20. · Payment will normally be required on delivery or collection of buffet but a deposit may also be required. · Buffets may be cancelled up to 5 days prior to delivery/collection at no charge. Later cancellations will incur an inconvenience charge and, where a deposit has been requested, this will not be refunded. · Prices correct at November 2009. Thereafter they may be subject to alteration. · Where individual items are unavailable, an item of similar value will be substituted. · Public holidays and certain dates may attract a premium. · Equipment supplied with hot buffets must be returned complete. Any missing items will be charged as follows: · Chafing Dish (any part) £50 · Gas Holders £10 · Serving Spoons £10 each |

Delivery: · I will deliver buffets free of charge to Hewish, Weston-Super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, Congresbury, Yatton and Pill. A charge may be payable outside of these areas. · If the buffet is collected from Hewish, a 10% discount is available. |
